Multi-Guard® Active
The best one-a-day, high potency Multi for active adults
This is a great multi for people who are always ‘on the go’. The B vitamins can contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and they are present at meaningful levels, in some cases 10 times stronger than the levels found in other well known multis.
Multi-Guard® Active contains a powerful combination of plant antioxidants. This unique ORAC blend, unrivalled in terms of its antioxidant content, is a great formula to help your body defend itself against free radicals that arise in the body from heavy exercise, air pollution and sunlight. Other key nutrients worth highlighting include 10 µg of vitamin D which has been constantly in the news for it contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Similarly much has been said about the importance of vitamin K, known to contribute to the maintenance of normal bone and blood coagulation and we’ve added 75 µg to the formula, the RDA.

I have used these vitamins for a number of years. I regularly attend a gym answer have an 11 month old who zaps all my energy!! i regularly compare other products to these and overtime they are top of the class! :-)

We are unable to comment on this product yet as it was recommended by you for a friend of ours here in France when we discussed his problem with you on the telephone. (Thus we have quoted one star but please ignore that) We much appreciate your advice and the fact that you phoned us back thus saving us the cost of the call. The packet has yet to arrive but we expect it either Friday or Saturday. We will comment further in a few weeks time.

Why do you use this product Multi-Guard® Active ? As I get older, I feel it is wise to take a Multivitamin. I've now changed to the Multiguard Active because the Vitamin D content is higher .
