Taking cod liver oil ‘off the spoon’ has never tasted so good! Our high-tech, 5 stage purification process removes any fishy taste whilst concentrating the important nutrients of the oil and we use a natural lemon extract so there’s no need to sweeten the oil. Each 5ml teaspoon delivers a massive 1035mg of Omega 3s with EPA 350mg and DHA 460mg making it an excellent choice for anyone who finds swallowing capsules difficult.
There is also an excellent level of vitamin D3 for bone health with each teaspoon delivering 5µg (100%RDA), and a safe but still relevant level of vitamin A at 270µg, (some cod liver oils contain excessive amounts). Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil Liquid ? The plain old cod liver oil from regular brands tastes disgusting. I was worried Nature's Best would be only somewhat better, but was pleasantly surprised to find this is actually delicious! Smells of lemon, tastes of lemon. Doesn't provoke gag reflex, no fish burps. No more dreading fish oil. I took a tablespoon and it made me feel bloody great. I took this the same day as I took Premtis, and I felt indescribably amazing, no anxiety, no depressive states, no irritability, no faatigue! Boundless energy. It's one or the other maybe both! Good stuff!

The Two Most Important Nutrients

Omega 3's and Vitamin D all in one along with a clean taste and no reflux afterwards. Excellent product. The only caveat (which is not the products fault) is the RDA for vitamin D is way off. Government don't have a clue with nutrition as we are seeing once again. The daily dosage should be at least 10 times the amount.

The Best Value I Can Find On The Market - Great Taste - Highly Recommended

Much better than capsules if you want to achieve a decent quantity. Tastes fine - I have 10-15mls every day with breakfast/dinner, leaves a little aftertaste though and fussy people don't like drinking it (I actually enjoy it). I can taste it for a little while after - no big deal if you have it before you finish your meal. I take it for my joints for weight lifting - does a grand job protecting them. I also have dry skin and mild eczema which has cleared up a lot - perhaps this stuff is to be thanked. My friend reported that his skin became more supple taking CLO in large doses.

Good For The Brain

Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil Liquid ? Higher in essential DHA than fish oils, and reduced Vit A/D so no chance of overdose. I don't eat fatty fish as much as I would like due to problems with mercury contamination, and this poduct has been screened for those impurities. So as well as joint health, this product is excllent for the eyes and brain....of which 60% is fatty acids....and a quarter of that is DHA !

Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil Liquid ? I have taken CLO for a number of years now .I find the liquid easier to take than the large capsules to achieve the same high value properties. I take it for numerous reasons, I do not eat the recommended 2 fish portions per week ,and feel it helps with overall bodily functions and if I had to give up all other vitamins and minerals I would continue to take this product.

Cod Liver Oil Liquid

Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil Liquid ? The use of Cod liver oil is well known and both my wife and I use it and can vouch for the improvement due to daily dose. We have tried and tested by not taking for 2 months and we could feel the effects. Asd soon as we restarted it took about 7 days and the joints inproved and well being returned. We are both 70+ and exercise 5 days a week with speed walking 2 days and our own Gym 3 days.
