This product is ideal for people who are lactose intolerant and have problems digesting milk. Lactase is a digestive enzyme required for the breakdown of the milk sugar lactose found in milk and dairy products. Lactase should be produced by the body in the small intestines, however if production is impaired, undigested lactose moves into the colon where it can cause bloating, wind and diahorrea.
Nature’s Best lactase tablets are high potency with a guaranteed activity measured as 4000 FCC units. The is a standard measurement for enzymes and is a better description than weight in milligrams as it describes the level of enzyme activity. However few companies describe their products in this way which means they can’t be compared with the potency of our product. This is a great product to have with you for those occasions where you are faced with a meal high in dairy products.

Typically per tablet:
Lactase Complex:	200mg Equivalent to 4000 FCC

Calcium Carbonate, Lactase, Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Take 1 tablet before a meal containing dairy products (lactose). 2 tablets can be taken if the meal contains significant dairy content. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, nuts and shellfish.

This product is suitable for all adults. This product is suitable for vegetarians.

Since I moved over to the UK I needed to find new lactase tablets to suit my intolerance. I have tried several from the USA and Europe, all with their own users directions. I discovered these one and I am very happy with them! Finally a tablet I can dose real good and not a lot of aftereffects. I take them approx 15 minutes before my dinner and then I can eat what I want in a low dosis. The quick and low priced service of Natursbest is unbelievable!

I am lactose intolerant, but love dairy foods, especially seeing as I am vegetarian, and have other food intolerances/allergies. I have tried a few different lactase enzyme pills, but these are by far the best. I only need to take one of these before I eat a pizza, or have my favourite latte, whereas I would have to take 2, or often 3 of the other brand's. Love them!

Why do you use this product Lactase ? I suffered with severe pain because im lactose intolerent these tablets have allowed me to start eating dairy products cant recommend these tablets highly enough only problem i have to wait about 45 mins after taking a tablet before i can have dairy product

Why do you use this product Lactase ? Am lactose intolerant and it's easier to use these instead of cutting out all dairy. They are very expensive, but I can't be without them. they are far cheaper in the U.S.A.

Why do you use this product Lactase ? I have I.B.S. and one of my irritant foods is milk. I recently learned of lactose tablets and was willing to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. I can now use the natural yogurt that I like and need to make my boring breakfast of ground up seeds palatable.
