Lactase is a digestive enzyme required for the breakdown of the milk sugar lactose found in milk and dairy products. Since I moved over to the UK I needed to find new lactase tablets to suit my intolerance. I have tried several from the USA and Europe, all with their own users directions.
I discovered these one and I am very happy with them! Finally a tablet I can dose real good and not a lot of aftereffects. I take them approx 15 minutes before my dinner and then I can eat what I want in a low dosis.

Lactase Enzyme Tablets That Actually Work!

I am lactose intolerant, but love dairy foods, especially seeing as I am vegetarian, and have other food intolerances/allergies. I have tried a few different lactase enzyme pills, but these are by far the best. I only need to take one of these before I eat a pizza, or have my favourite latte, whereas I would have to take 2, or often 3 of the other brand's. Love them!

Why do you use this product Lactase ? I suffered with severe pain because im lactose intolerent these tablets have allowed me to start eating dairy products cant recommend these tablets highly enough only problem i have to wait about 45 mins after taking a tablet before i can have dairy product

Why do you use this product Lactase ? Am lactose intolerant and it's easier to use these instead of cutting out all dairy.
They are very expensive, but I can't be without them. they are far cheaper in the U.S.A.

Why do you use this product Lactase ? I have I.B.S. and one of my irritant foods is milk. I recently learned of lactose tablets and was willing to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. I can now use the natural yogurt that I like and need to make my boring breakfast of ground up seeds palatable.
