Tummy friendly citrate form for easy absorption by the body
The iron in this product is in a citrate form which is easily absorbed and utilised by the body and it is unlikely to cause the constipation problems associated with ferrous sulphate supplements .This is important for when the body’s iron stores are depleted, it can take several months for them to be replenished.

I tried this iron product because I had been feeling light headed whenever I went out anywhere. I self diognosed ( !!) but having taken this product, I now feel much better and if I forget to take it for a week, the symptoms come back. So I am really pleased with the product and service !
