Why do you use this product Iodine - Kelp Tablets ? Suffering with under active thyroids I find Kelp a great suppliment to give me the extra Iodine which I don't always get from my diet.

Why do you use this product Iodine - Kelp Tablets ? I want to support the production of Thyroid naturally. My doctor some years ago stated that I must have an under-active Thyroid as I was female over a certain age and had had a child!!! She was so ready to perscribe thyroid medication! I am a healthy female, certainly not overweight nor have any other signs that I need thyroid medication - at the time suffering with depression!

I have recently been diagnosed with a multi-modular goitre and the Consultant suggested iodine supplement rather than a GP prescription. Thought I would try it I have only just started taking it and haven't felt the benefits yet so cannot rate it below
