Grapeseed

Grapeseed is one of the richest sources of anthocyanidins known to support the many areas of the body containing collagen and help with anti-inflammatory processes.

Collagen is found in high concentrations in capillary walls and in Europe people often choose to take anthocyanidins on a regular basis to help maintain the health of their peripheral circulation. Collagen is also responsible for the suppleness and firmness of skin and it has long been recognised that skin health and complexion is influenced to a great degree by dietary factors.
