Will Try Lower Dose

I decided to try this as I have poor circulation and very cold feet and hands. I tried this for a couple of days and it gave me severe constipation and headaches. Having read a bit more about it I think i will try a much lower dose to start with which is usually recommended - this is too strong.

Ginkgo 6000 contains 120mg of ginkgo biloba extract (GBE), an amount equivalent to the levels used in most of the clinical trials into the effects of this herb. Our tablets are also presented in a special way which means that the ingredients are released over a two hour period, making them more gentle on the body. If you would like to start on a lower dose I would suggest that you try Veintain, as this contains the same level of ginkgo biloba, split between two tablets, allowing you to halve the dose initially. This also contains ginger and cinnamon which are traditionally used as warming herbs. Why do you use this product Ginkgo Biloba 6000mg ? I have suffered from Restless Leg Syndrome for years. I read an article in the Telegraph some time ago by Dr John LeFanu, he knew someone with RLS and they had been recomended Ginko and it worked. I have been using Ginko since then and yes it stops the RLS - I can sleep comfortably again now. If I forget to take my daily dose, I can guarantee twitchy legs and ankles in the night.
