Our garlic tablets have been carefully standardised to retain the ‘active’ compound allicin, responsible for garlic’s strong aroma and important properties. Each tablet contains the equivalent of 1400mg of fresh garlic containing 2mg of allicin. The special tablet coating helps to control the garlic odour and ensure the tablets start to release after they have passed through the stomach.

Many products on the market have been deodorised but this method destroys the important allicin content, whilst the heat process used by other manufacturers destroys valuable sulphur compounds. In the UK alone, in excess of one hundred million garlic capsules and tablets are purchased every year. Garlic possesses remarkably effective powers not only to the digestive system but it may also help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the circulation, when part of a healthy low fat diet. Traditionally, this herb has also been used to boost immune function.

Garlic Powder, Tablet Coating (Sucrose, Calcium Carbonate, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Acacia, Glazing Agents: Shellac, Beeswax & Carnauba Wax, Flavouring: Vanillin), Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum.

Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

This product is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy, soya, nuts and shellfish.

Why do you use this product Garlic Tablets 1400mg ? We take this all year round for general health. We take the maximum through the winter months or when we are not feeling 100%. If ever forget to reorder these, I regret it and notice that my immunity doesn't have that extra boost. The best garlic tablets I've ever tried over the years. Cleared my mastitis when I was breast-feeding, better than nasty synthetic antibiotics and much better for the baby (in my opinion). It's a shame that they've gone up so much in price recently, but cannot fault the product. It works!

Why do you use this product Garlic Tablets 1400mg ? I recently joined Nature's Best for good quality and economics. I have High Blood pressure and feel it has helped with the medcines proscribed by my Doctor who does not belive in supliments hence I don't tell him. Why do you use this product Garlic Tablets 1400mg ? Have been taking garlic for many years as I believe it to be good for warding off colds, etc. and certainly find I keep reasonably healthy in this respect. I would use garlic more in cooking but my husband is not a fan! As I also have high cholesterol levels (controlled) I also understand it can be beneficial for controlling these.

Now these are brilliant, I have been taking this brand for more years than I care to remember, I always take 1 tablet a day but up it to 2 during a cold/flu epidemic or if someones germy. Personally I take garlic because it keeps colds etc at bay & my cholesterol low. There is no after-taste & no bad breath. If I could only take one supplement it would be this.

My husband has taken this product for a number of years to assist with warding off a family history of heart diseases, in assisting blood flow, combined with your own Fish Oil product.
