I started taking flax oil instead of fish oil for the omega 3 benefits and was recommended to your brand by a friend. Fish oil gives me terrible indigestion but flax oil is a perfect alternative. I find your products reliable and I like the information you give. I didn't know about the use for eye problems but quite incidentally notice that my eyes are no longer itchy and sore so maybe the oil is responsible - if so an added bonus! Of course I don't know how I'd be feeling without the supplement but I feel good and look younger than my years so I'm not risking stopping!

Enormous Help With Dry Eyes

Why do you use this product Flax Seed Oil 1000mg ? I have an eye condition called microdot fingerprint dystrophy which is exceedingly painful. Like others my eye consultant recommended flax seed oil, and I have found this enormously helpful. I really notice the difference when I am not taking the oil - my eyes are dry and sore within a few days and much harder to manage with medication. With the oil, I hardly need the medication.

Why do you use this product Flax Seed Oil 1000mg ? Have found it good for hair and nails but the delivery of this product time before this one all the oil had leaked out of some tablets leaving a big unusable mess took on holiday so couldnt phone to complain new batch perfect.

Why do you use this product Flax Seed Oil 1000mg ? My son and I both have dry eyes and blepharitus - his consultant recommended flax seed oil for dry eyes and we have both noticed significant improvement. My sons eyes were better after a week, mine took longer.

Why do you use this product Flax Seed Oil 1000mg ? Used to use fish oil (for all the usual benefits) but being vegetarians (wife and I) on ethical grounds were never 100% comfortable with the killing of fish and the worst part was the gelatine shell of the capsules. Hopefully some of the benefits still available from flax oil.

I took flax oil over the winter and found it was a great help have used glucosamane for several years but found it not helping as much as it used to. Switched to fishoil to see if any better but have gone back to flax oil as it seems to help most. Incedentlly have been a customer of yours for many years but this was the first one of the net.
