Flax Seed (Linseed)

Flax Seed Oil is the richest source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids. It is therefore an excellent alternative source of omega 3 for vegetarians wishing to avoid fish oils and, unlike fish oils, flax seed oil has no aftertaste or odour.

 It also contains the omega 6 fatty acid linoleic acid which the body is able to convert to GLA (the substance for which Evening Primrose Oil has become so popular).
