Ester-CŪ is a unique patented form of vitamin C that is manufactured in the USA. It is believed that Ester-CŪ may be an improved form of the vitamin, although opinions differ amongst experts. We were the first company to launch Ester-CŪ in the UK and we are still selling it because there have been a number of compelling studies carried out with this novel form of Vitamin C. Ester-CŪ is non acidic (it has a neutral PH in solution), which means that it is certainly a very gentle form of vitamin C, which may be useful for those who experience intestinal difficulties when taking acidic forms of vitamin C.
Ester-CŪ is also described as a calcium ascorbate, but it is more than just this as the patented manufacturing process creates other compounds called metabolites of vitamin C, which are believed to impart certain properties to Ester-CŪ

Ester - C - An Aid To Surgical Recovery.

A well known doctor recommended 1 gram of Vitamin C a day, with large doses of Vitamin D12 and Folic Acid to aid recovery from surgery. When I recently had an operation I followed this advice taking Nature's Best Ester-C as well as the other vitamins and my surgical team and nurses were delighted with how well I healed.

Certainly value for money when compared with another company from which I have been buying for several years. I understand Ester-C is gentle on the stomach so is better than just pure Vitamin C.
