Nature’s Best® Devil’s Claw is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the relief of backache, rheumatic or muscular pain, and general aches and pains in the muscles and joints. This is based on traditional use only. Always read the leaflet.

Native to South Africa, Devil’s Claw gets its name from the tiny hook-like claws that cover its fruit. It has large tuberous roots which are the part used medicinally. It is used widely in France and Germany.

Herbal Medicines Explained

Active Ingredient:

Each film-coated tablet contains 450mg of extract (as dry extract) from Devil’s Claw root (Harpagophytum procumbens D.C. and/or H.zeyheri L.Decne, radix) (Equivalent to 1575mg – 2250mg of Devil’s Claw root). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v

EXCIPIENTS IN THE EXTRACT:
Maltodextrin, Silica Colloidal Anhydrous
TABLET CORE:
Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silica Colloidal Anhydrous
TABLET COATING:
Hypromellose, Glycerol

For oral use only. Take one tablet twice a day (in the morning and in the evening. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water or other liquid. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Do not use if:
You are under 18 years of age
You have ever had a stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer
You are pregnant or breast feeding
You are allergic to any of the ingredients
You must consult your doctor, pharmacist or qualified health practitioner if your symptoms worsen, if they do not improve after 4 weeks, or if joint pain is accompanied by swelling of the joint, redness or fever.

This product is suitable for adults and the elderly. This product is suitable for vegetarians.

Why do you use this product Devil's Claw Tablets ? I have a hip problem and this product is the only thing that alleviates it for me. I have tried all the other remedies such as glucosamine and choindrointin but they have no effect at all. I am sure Devil's Claw does not work for everyone but it has worked extremely well for me and I am delighted with the results and will continue using it. Thank you.

Why do you use this product Devil's Claw Tablets ? Had bad pains in shoulders and arms for 6 months. Antiinflammatory tabets from dr did not help. Did not want to take prednisolone because of the side effets. Decided to take Devils Claw as it helped me before with back pain. Within a week, pains in my shoulders started to get better. Today felt no pain during the day. Hopefully will be painfree during the night and first thing in the morning in the near future. Dr thought I had Polymyalgia Rheumatica.

I have been taking these for some years and find they help to alleviate the normal aches and pains of old age to such an extent that at 78 I have no knee/hip/back pain and still have all original joints I am sad to see the availability of Devils Claw is now being resricted by some idiotic EU law but hope you will still make them available for the foreseeabl future

I ordered this in the hope that it would help to alleviate my back pain. But when it arrived i found that it was dangerous for me due to the fact that I have had a duodenal ulcer. Some where on the catalogue page there should have been a warning. There are people who order items from catalogue who do not have computors and cannot check the item out.

This product is for my wife as she suffers from muscular aches and pains. although the doctor prescribed some medicine, it does not seem to be enough. Why do you use this product Devil's Claw Tablets? I suffer from arthritis of the lower vertabrae of the spine which results in a lot of stiffness and discomfort. I read about Devils Claw and noticed they were in your catalogue and have found an almost immediate improvement. I am amazed really but have continued with them and notice that I am not taking as many painkillers(ie paracetamol as recommended by my GP) so that can only be positive can't it?

Relief From Backache

Why do you use this product Devil's Claw Tablets ? I suffer from miserable backache (and Tennis Elbow ). After using this product for 3 days (6tablets ), the discomfort is noticeably reduced, thank goodness !
