Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil 1000mg ? I have been told this is one of the best products for arthritic pain. I have degeneration all along my spine esp in lumbar and cervical area. It does seem to help. I know it's a long chain Omega 3 and research indicates it's good for aches and pain as well as the brain and heart.

Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil 1000mg ? With arthritis and dodgy knees and hips in the family I wouldn't be without my daily cod liver oil tablet. My husband's reason is different as due to a physical job it would be more of a wear and tear problem. I chose Natures Best a couple of years ago for quality, value and fast delivery. Hard to measure the results but we definitely benefit.

I tried it and haven't suffered since - it's more a preventative measure than curative. Why do you use this product Cod Liver Oil 1000mg ? Caused over the passage of time from a serious leg injury I have suffered from Osteo Arthrytis in my Hips, Knees and left Ankle. I take prescription Pain killers but suppliment these with Codliver Oil Capsules. Originally (20 years ago) I took them for my joints but I am delighted to find that I not not the subject of colds and chills. I am 71 yrs old and receive my Flu Jabs each Autumn but I feel I have built up some resistance to minor colds etc because I have taken a 1000mg capsule everyday for a long time. I will continue to do so.
