Our Cod Liver Oil 1000mg capsules deliver an impressive 280mg of omega 3 fatty acids per capsule, and is still as popular as its ever been, but particularly favoured by our mature customers wishing to stay active in their later years.
Cod liver oil is naturally a good source of vitamin D and A, but we’ve further concentrated these levels with each capsule providing vitamin A 800µg for normal vision, and 10µg vitamin D3 for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, alongside vitamin E for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
