Why do you use this product CO Q10 30mg ? I understand that as one gets older one dosen't make Q10 naturally. I have been taking it for about a year and believe it to be very benefical to my general wellbeing and health. I am 77 years old but still do lots of activities and never get a cold.

I take this because all I have read about Q10 is about improving cellular health, I didn't expect to actively notice any difference it is a food supplement not a quick fix ...so as Lesh Patty says I use it for insurance purposes ... never know when the body will need to pull on the reserves this provides.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 30mg ? I took these to help with general fatigue and give me more energy. Sadly I didn't feel any effect from taking them. Perhaps I was expecting too much, didn't take a high enough dose, or I am just beyond help without major lifestyle changes. I would still take them for general health benefits associated with ageing.

I started to use this as I had stents fitted and was on Beta Blockers one of which was not suiting me so the doctor took me off it.I did some research on internet and found that the Beta Blocker I had been taking can destroy the Q10 in your heart so I am replacing the lost Q10 with your product .Have only been on it a couple of weeks but feel great.Will keep you updated when I go for my annual heart check.Have to say the service you get from Natures Best is great and the item is great value for money.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 30mg ? I use this supplement as an 'antidote' to muscle pain, a side effect of taking Statins. This beneficial effect of CO Q10 I deduced years ago from comments by 'Nature's Best' relating to it's catalytic effect on the transition of body sugars to energy. As this process converts the 'fuel' to carbon dioxide and water, it seemed natural that something was needed to disperse these waste products, which CO Q10 appears to do.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 30mg ? I find CO Q10 has very beneficial effects on my energy levels throughout the day, especially keeping me alert and my thinking clear well into the evening. I have previously bought the 100mg size, but chose the 30mg size this time as I feel 100mg evey day can be a bit too much. Thus I can take 2 or 3 of the 30mg if I feel particularly lethargic. Help With The Heart & Migraine Headaches

Why do you use this product CO Q10 30mg ? I started taking COQ10 when I read it was good for the heart and could also help relieve migraine headaches. At the time I was getting a lot of palpitations and although these were investigated and nothing was found to be amiss, I decided to try this product to see if it would help. I have to say that after being on the capsules for a few weeks I noticed a big reduction in the number of palpitations I was getting. In addition my migraine headaches were not so frequent, not did they last as long. The only downside is the price. Although I'm sure a higher dosage would be even more beneficial, I only take the lowest dosage because they are so expensive, but I would recommend them to anyone who has similar symptoms.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 30mg ? I have had other scources of CO Q10, which almost always contain something which has to be declared on the label as an allergen, or are chemical bulking products. Soya Lecithin, for example, its use is inexplicable. It is found in most chocalats also but soya is a goitrogen, ie bad for the thyroid gland. Yours is the most natural product I have found. Good for you!
