Typically per capsule:
Co-Enzyme Q10:	200mg (Ubiquinone)

Sunflower Seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan, Colour: Iron Oxide), Co-Enzyme Q10, Sunflower Lecithin, Glyceryl Monostearate.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 200mg ? I take statins due to an exceptionally high cholesterol count. Whilst co-q-10 is not suggested by the specialists in the UK, in the USA it is seen to be essential as statins deplete co-q-10 levels in the body, increasing risk of heart, muscular and fatigue problems.

I have had lots of Medical problems over the last 2 years and having read about this product thought I would give it a try as my energy levels were realy low due to all the tablets I have to take. Why do you use this product CO Q10 200mg ? Diagnosed with Cerebellar Ataxia 1999 (a progressive degenerative neurological condition). Recently joined local Ataxia group and was informed that Q10 at very high levels can be effective for Friedreich's Ataxia (research ongoing), and it may also be effective for other Ataxias, as it may help with energy levels and well-being. Very difficult to assess benefits but will definitely continue. Every little helps.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 200mg ? I take this to regulate my blood pressure, instead of using statin based medication, which I am reluctant to do on a long term basis. I have found that CO Q10 does help my blood pressure keep to an acceptable level.

I have used this product for many years, originally on the advice of a leading acupuncturist. Why do you use this product CO Q10 200mg ? I buy this for my husband who has a heart condition and is also on Simvastatin.
When first bought it took about 8 weeks before any noticable difference was felt, but certainly worth it, as it seemed to reduce the amount of angina he was getting, and has certainly given him more energy. Bear in mind the largest concentration of Co Q10 is in the heart, which depletes with age and with a heart condition and also with Simvastatin, so this product helps put something back. I have recommeded this product to family and friends, who have started taking this themselves.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 200mg ? Mine is a strange story. I was an Alitalia airline pilot, In a general check-up, all Lufthansa pilot showed a strange average serum ubidecarenone deficiency, 40% of normal. Time before a colleague of mine suggested me to take Co Q10 “The miracle coenzyme”…
So I did and, at a similar Lufthansa check-up, only my serum Co Q10, together with my colleague one, showed 100% normal.
After that during some heavy working I noticed I felt much les muscular stress than expected. After more than 20 years, few mounts ago I decided to pause my long intake of Co Q10. Now I am staring to feel a slightly unusual tiredness, so decided to start again.
