Why do you use this product CO Q10 100mg ? These were a gift from a friend , I was taking another brand and told my friend that they done nothing for me , I have copd and no energy . I took two of them for a week and then went to one . I do not take statins . Honestly I now no why they call it a spark plug . Iv never had so much energy in my life even when I was well . I just woke up one day full of energy , normally I am asleep by mid day after doing very little . Now I can do everything I want and more . My life has become normal again as long as I pace myself , just amazing no more fatigue . I told my GP about these and she said she takes them . I am just ordering my second batch . I will never be without these . Don't waste your time buying others because these are the best believe me . I was paying up to a hundred pound for one brand as I thought you get what you pay for , how wrong was I .

Why do you use this product CO Q10 100mg ? I saw it recommended as Nature's spark plug. As I'm 67 and my life is pretty demanding I thought it was worth trying. I'm so glad I did as it definitely works. I take my supplements with my evening meal as I read that they work better when the body is resting. Now I wake each morning with a lot more energy and sharper mental focus.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 100mg ? I started on the usual dose statin 2 years ago [ approx ], but didn't find about co-enzyme Q 10 until I was researching Tinnitus.There is a tentative link to the loss of enzyme from taking statins and the arrival of Tinnitus. I am now on half the dose with my GP's approval, I also take Omega 3, Garlic, Vit B Complex and Red Clover. My blood tests show better levels now and I am working towards lowering the statin dose again.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 100mg ? I originally took it because I read that taking statins reduces your CO Q10 level. I am no longer on statins having read very negative reviews of it's effects but I still take CO Q 10 as a heart nutrient. Up to now my heart seems to be in good shape but I am not sure how much the CO Q 10 contributes to this but I will keep taking it as I am 75

More Energy, No Heart Flutters

Why do you use this product CO Q10 100mg ? I started taking CO Q10 after reading of its benefits. At the time I was researching Statins, as my Doctor had put me on them as I had told her of my occasional heart palpitations and flutters. The statins made me feel terrible after a few days, so I reported to my Doc and was advised to cease taking them. Since taking CO Q10 I have had no palpitations (it is an element the heart muscle uses to function well and statins reduce it ??) and I have much more energy, so I am also loosing weight as I am doing more physical activities.

Why do you use this product CO Q10 100mg ?As I looked after my small grandchildren almost full time in my fifties and sixties I felt I needed all the energy I could get. I began taking this supplement over ten years ago. I know it works as I did get extremely tired a couple of years ago and couldn't understand my lack of energy till I realized that I had run out of Q10 and hadn't noticed, in among al the other vitamins I take!
