I use this product for the benefits to the cardiovascular system after exercise.It is only after reading other reviews that I have realised that it has other benefits.

I was recommended it was good for joint,as well as keeping uric acid under control, as in gout arthritis, which I have,it helps if taken at night, because it controls pain, being subdude, in order for a more restful sleep, I take two teaspoonfuls at my bedtime, but its up to the individual, hope this review helps.

Why do you use this product Cherry Max. I had heard that sour cherry juice was good for the joints. I decided to try Cherry Max because I was having some knee problems. I don't have problems now!
