I have psoriasis, particularly badly on my hands, and found prescribed medicines a bit random in their efficacy. I learnt that aloe vera can help after doing some research. I am allergic to it applied externally so thought I'd try to take it internally. After several weeks I noticed a real difference which I completely ascribe to the aloe vera as when I skipped some tablets on holiday, the skin problem soon reappeared but then subsided again when my routine went back to normal. It's not 100% but nothing can be. It certainly makes a huge difference to the condition though. One happy customer.
