This is a broad spectrum multi supplying the most important micronutrients at 100% of RDA. It can be taken by all adult age groups and we think it makes a good insurance policy for teenagers and young adults.

Why do you use this product A-Z Multi ? My 15 year old son uses this product. He is very sporty and a full on teenager. He has clear skin, loads of energy and is rarely ill. He takes it in the evening and this seems to work for him.

Why do you use this product A-Z Multi ? For my 13 year old son, as it gives him all the minerals and vitamins needed that he may not be getting in his diet, and expecially at an age of such rapid growth. A very good quality and good value product. Thank you

A-Z Multis are the only multis I have found that have Potassium in them. I've found that taking Potassium relieves me from cramping in my feet. I used to be plagued with foot cramps, and now I seldom ever have one. I think it is down to the Potassium.
