Multi-Max is one of the best high strength multis available for the over 50's in the UK.

The nutrient levels are up to 14 times stronger than High Street multis especially the B vitamins. This makes Multi-Max an excellent 'get-up-and-go' formula which is particularly useful for periods of recovery and for when your appetite and energy are at a low ebb.
