Cranberry Powder

Cranberries have long been popular with women as one of nature’s ways to maintain urinary tract health. It would be difficult to add enough fresh cranberries to your diet to make a real difference and many women are put off by the sharp taste of fresh cranberry juice, a taste sometimes masked by commercial producers - but only by adding plenty of unwanted sugars and therefore equally unwanted calories!

Cranberry capsules are available but may not contain anywhere near the levels found in a straight powdered product.
Our Cranberry Complex is a sugar free powder concentrate produced from mature cranberries, mixed with a complex carbohydrate called Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS), extracted from chicory root. FOS acts as a prebiotic which means it encourages the growth of friendly bacteria at the expense of less welcome bacteria.

Recommended daily intake: 5-10 grams (1-2 teaspoons)
