Chewable Calcium 400mg

These tasty lemon flavoured tablets are an easy way to take calcium and provide a full 400mg of calcium per tablet. Most manufacturers use sugar in their chewable formulas, but we've used a special type of sweet soluble fibre called FOS. This natural material is extracted from chicory root and has the benefit of not causing tooth decay. Better still, preliminary studies show that FOS can improve the absorption of calcium.
