Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? Completely transformed my life, have energy during the day and can sleep soundly at night. Product allows brain to produce correct amounts of serotonin (day) and melatonin (night), without the need for SSRIs which mess up receptor expression and cell physiology.

Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? Suffering from M.E. I needed help to have a better and sounder sleep. I found it in 5-HTP. Used it regularly for a period and stopped. Am now considering starting up again and to use it "when needed".

I have previously used a different brand of 5htp for insomnia, I bought this brand as it was cheaper and having read the reviews was impressed. This decision was with regret! The pills did not help me sleep at all which then made me irritable. I generally like natures best, excellent service and products normally but I would not buy this again nor recommend it. Although the product seems like great value, it is not much value when it fails to work, sorry.

Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? I take this just before bedtime to help with insomnia. It helps me sleep better, without any drowsiness the next day. I would recommend it for stress induced insomnia.

Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? I suffer from stress and was recommended this product by a friend in Canada. I hadn't heard of them until then and even my doctor was unaware of it, but I am so happy I started taking it. I really do feel a difference in myself as I feel a bit calmer and able to keep my mind from stressing out over everything. To be honest I didn't know whether these tablets were lifting my mood or not until I stopped taking them (as I ran out). I then started to feel down a lot. So I ordered some more and am generally a lot happier in myself.

Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? I have Chronic Fatigue, M.E./Fibromyalgia kind of symptoms and found out that Serotonin is a key ingredient in balancing mood etc. I found Nature's Best variety and methods the best. It's too early days to say how much I am benefitting from them, but I think I do as I feel so much better and positive already. That begin said, I am a very positive person naturally too!

Deep Sleep

Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? I cope with stress badly, and am often tired. I get frustrated with my inability to organise and hold many things in my head at once. So, I am testing 5-HTP to see if it can lift my thoughts and give me a better night's sleep! Results? I've taken it 1/2 hour before bedtime (as recommended) and boy do I sleep heavy. I'm 64, so I need to empty my bladder 3 times a night. My brain is still receving the message, but I stagger as I force myself to visit the little room. So far this trial shows me that 5-HTP does give me a deeper sleep. And I fall asleep quickly again after my nightly visit. If your depression isn't serotonin based, then maybe it won't work on you. Take advice first, don't just take my word for it. I wish you Good Health.

Why do you use this product 5-HTP tablets 100mg ? I take this product because I had trouble sleeping at night, and suffered low moods. My sleep pattern is much improved and I now take this permanently. For the low moods I eventually needed anti depressants so I am not sure if they helped this or not.
